Final Documentation Coordinator

Education : Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree

Working Experiences : More than 7 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status : Temporary / Contract

Work location : Karimun

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

Have experience in preparing project final doc (MRB) either a very senior document controller or someone with quality background.
Having experiences in procurement records from all vendors
Having experience in Document Control / EDMS.
Having experience in Document Control System & Tools
In-depth understanding of Project Analysis and Reporting
In-depth understanding of Project Planning
Having knowledge of communications, information, and documentation management within a project
Good English & Communication Skills

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. To preparation of the project final documentation which consists of :

Project procurement records from all vendors
Karimun yard fabrication records
TQs and engineering docs as required
Other records

2. To expedited and compiled, circulated for the documentation to client for approval.
