PT Timas Suplindo – Onshore Division, urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. QMR Staff

 Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist Management Representative in the quality management system.
  • Prepare and make changes to the procedures / quality documents in accordance with the development of the Organization.
  • Coordinate the handling of customer complaints and provide reports to top management.
  • Running 5 R
  • Ensure the system within the company to run properly according to the SOP
  • Carry out other tasks given by user

Requirement:

  • Maximum 34 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from any major (preferable from in Industrial Engineering/Management or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years in the same position preferably experience in ISO 9001.
  • Preferably understanding ISO 9001 and Performance Management Systems
  • Expert in Ms. Office (Word / Excel / Power Point / Visio)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willing to join as soon as possible

2. HSSE Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Helping the HSSE Manager to create work method guidelines and directions to PMT, field officers and subcontractors to avoid accidents and injuries at work, damage to property and equipment as well as environmental damage
  • Assisting the planning, development and coordination, implementation and supervision of effective HSEMS in supporting company activities

Requirement:

  • Male, with max. age 35 year old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or extensive related field experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Preferably understanding HSSE MS, Integrated Internal Audit (9001, 14001 & 18001), Incident Investigation
  • Have min. 5 years of experience with the same position in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
  • Certified in K3 (general, oil, & gas)
  • Good command in English both written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Ready to face high pressure jobs, strong analytical.

3. Engineering Manager/Lead (Project base)

  • A university degree/professional qualification in Engineering, or equivalency in terms of particular expertise or substantial direct relevant experience.
  • Minimum experience of fifteen (15) years in oil and gas facilities project with minimum seven (7) years of experience as Engineering Lead/Manager in oil and gas EPCI project with similar scope and complexity
  • Minimum experience of five (5) years in offshore installation oil and gas facilities project.
  • Capability and have broad knowledge in managing engineering works in offshore oil and gas project.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and excellent written and spoken English language communications skills.

4. HSE Manager/Lead (Project base)

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree, have minimum experience of fifteen (15) years in oil and gas facilities project with minimum seven (7) years of experience as HSE Manager/Lead in oil and gas facilities project.
  • Minimum experience of five (5) years in offshore installation oil and gas facilities project.
  • Bidder's candidate(s) shall be able to show capability and have broad knowledge in managing HSE matters in offshore oil and gas project.
