9. Painting Inspector
Requirements :
- Engineering or mechanical back ground with 7 year experience in Oil & Gas project
- Holding valid painting inspector qualification SSPC level 2 as minimum, other international qualification such as Nace level 2, Bigas Level 2 would be plus
- Good knowledge in painting materials, consumable, blasting & paint equipment including inspection tools
- Can communicate and read documents including codes, standard in English,
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all QC inspection tools are calibrated and managed in accordance with approved procedure, ensure all QC reports and documentation prepared in accordance with PQP, ITP and contract requirement. Follow up and close all QC related issues including NCR or corrective actions.

9. QC Inspector CSWIP 3.1
Requirements :
- Engineering or Mechanical back ground with 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas Project.
- Holding welding inspection qualification such as CSWP 3.1, CWI or equivalent.
- Holding NDT level II qualification such as ASNT UT, RT, etc.
- Good knowledge in materials, welding, NDT and coating and applicable code such as API 2A, API 1104, AWS D1.1, ASME, ASTM etc .
- Good knowledge in Quality management system such as ISO 9001, quality audit. Able to follow up the quality issues such as audit findings, nonconformity, etc.
- Having experience with EPC contractor for Jacket, Topside and Pipeline installation offshore, oversea experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to read and understand technical documents such as specification, DWG.
Responsibility:
- Prepare project quality document such as ITP, Procedures, Perform inspection in accordance with ITP, Procedure & applicable codes.
- Communicate with client, 3rd party for day-to-day activity at site.
- Prepare inspection report, raise NCR for nonconformity items.
- Attending day-to-day meeting with PMT and construction team, liaise with construction team, client and 3rd party for problem solving of any quality related issues.

For Manager :
- Min. 10 years experiences in Oil & Gas project as a Yard QAQC Manager or Project QAQC Manager for EPC contractor.
- Holding ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate by IRCA.
- Good knowledge in Welding, Coating, Materials, NDT & applicable code such as ASTM, ASME, NACE, AWS & ISO, EN, etc.
For Welding Engineer :
- Min. 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas project.
- Holding International Welding Engineer certificate.
- Good knowledge in materials, welding consumables and applicable code such as API 2A, API 1104, AWS D1.1, ASME, ASTM, etc.
