HARMONI ENERGI PERSADA (HEP) was established in March 2018 and it is a local Indonesian company who is focusing on providing professional engineering/ design and project management services to the oil & gas for both upstream and downstream, power, petrochemicals, mining, refinery and infrastructures industries.

We are also providing labor, technical and managerial experts (local or expatriates) to the same industry through head hunting and or outsourcing (secondment) services.

We offer quality assured training courses, seminars, and workshops in Indonesia. All training courses have been designed and developed in accordance with the standards for learning services and delivered by qualified instructors who are experts in their respective fields.

1. SITE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
  • Having 5-10 years experiences in Mining Infrastructure Project
  • Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) License is a must (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English
  • Aged 30-40 years old
  • Able to join immediately
  • Site location: Kalimantan Tengah


2. PROCESS ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Having 10 (ten) years working experiences as Process Engineer in Oil & Gas Project.
  • Having experience in Cooling Water System is preferable
  • Preferably able to start immediately.
  • Only for Indonesian Citizenship
  • Work location: Jakarta


3. PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Having minimum 3 (three) years working experiences as Process Safety Engineer in Oil & Gas Project.
  • Preferably able to start immediately.
  • Only for Indonesian Citizenship
  • Work location: Jakarta


4. PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • University Graduate on Technical Major
  • Minimum 5 (five) years working experiences in similar position
  • Having experience as Project Engineer in Oil and Gas Industry, Industrial and Infrastructure Project
  • Maximum age: 35 years old
  • Able to communicate in English


5. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Requirements:

  • University Graduate on Technical Major
  • Minimum 5 (five) years working experiences in similar position
  • Having experience as Engineering Manager in Oil and Gas Industry, Industrial and Infrastructure Project
  • Maximum age: 45 years old
  • Able to communicate in English


6. PROJECT LEADERSHIP MANAGER

Requirements:

  • University Graduate on Technical Major
  • Minimum 15-20 years working experiences
  • Having experience as Project Manager and having ability to handle EPC Project.
  • Preferably having experience in oil and gas industry


7. FIELD ROTATING ENGINEER

Requirements :

  • Diploma/University Graduate from related Technical Academy
  • More than 7 (seven) years in similar position or similar field


Required Working Skills/Qualification/Sertification :

  • Having experience in managing some mechanical equipment (Ebara pumps, Pleuger pumps, Expander)
  • Having knowledge engineering design activities
  • Having knowledge standard codes and regulation
  • Having knowledge in pump equipment


8. FIFI Tam Leader/Emergency Team Leader

Requirements :

  • Diploma or University Graduate from related Technical Academy
  • More than 5 years experience in similar position or similar field


Required Working Skills/Qualification/Sertification :

  • Rope Access – IRATA International
  • Fire fighting experience and competency


9. Senior Instrument Engineer

Requirements :

  • University Graduate on Technical Major
  • More than 10 years experience in similar position or similar field


Required Working Skills/Qualification/Sertification :

  • Having an experience as Senior Instrument Engineer for EPC on either WHP project, CPP Project, LNG Project, at Indonesia or Mid East area.


10. Principal Electrical Engineer

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Electrical from reputable University

Min 15 years experiences in oil and gas

Familiar with Electrical International code and standard

Familiar with common electrical software used in the industry.


11. Engineering Departement Manager

Requirements :

  • At least a Bachelor degree in relevant engineering discipline, master degree in engineering or management is an advantage.
  • Having minimum 15 years experiences working for EPC Contractor in oil and gas and at least 5 years experiences in engineering leadership role.
  • Having excellent technical and analytical skills as well as leadership and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to influence and manage the team to achieve the goal.
  • A fluent level in English (Spoken, written and read) is essential.

12. Process Safety Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 5 (five) years working experiences in similar position.
  • Preferably able to start immediately.
  • Work location: Jakarta


Subcontract Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • 5 (five) years working experiences as Subcontract Engineer.
  • Experience in subcontract document preparation and dealing with subcontractors day to day.
  • Having subcontractor database is an advantage.


13. Programmer

Requirements:

  • Familiar using Laravel:

  1. Understand eloquent (from relationship to polymorphic) and Query Builder.
  2. Understand queue, job and event
  3. Understand Middleware concept
  4. Understand the use of Redis
  5. Understand the use of File Storage

  • Familiar using JavaScript (jQuery)
  • Understand the concept of REST API and REST Server
  • Understand the concept of relational database, familiar of using SQL Server is a plus.
  • Familiar using Git
  • Good skills in document writing
  • Having at least 3-5 years experiences in similar position.


14. Process Engineer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 5 (five) years working experiences
  • Work location in Jakarta
  • Preferably able to start immediately


Structural Engineer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
  • Min 5 (five) years experiences in Engineering Consultant with Site Experiences and Cost Estimation skills
  • Familiar with SAP, ETABS and CAD
  • Familiar with Ms Office
  • Fluent in English


15. Site Engineer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 (ten) years experiences in Mining infrastructure Project (workshop, warehouse)
  • Having POP License is a must
  • Able to develop project schedule using Ms Project/Primavera and Progress Report
  • Familiar with Ms Office
  • Fluent in English


16. Instrument Lead

Requirements:

  • Education: University Graduate on Technical Major
  • Working Experiences: More than10 (ten) years in similar position or similar field.

Required Working Skills/Qualification/Sertification:

  • Having experience on work to lead the Telcom Engineering for EPC on either WHP Project, CPP Project, LNG Project, minimum 1 valid project in Indonesia or Mid East Area.


17. Lead Telecom Engineer

Requirements :

  • Education: University Graduate on Technical Major.
  • Working Experiences: More than 10 (ten) years in similar position or similar field.

Required Working Skills/Qualification/Sertification :

  • Having experience on work to lead the Telcom Engineering for EPC on either WHP Project, CPP Project, LNG Project, minimum 1 valid project in Indonesia or Mid East Area.
