We, PT Pakarti Tirtoagung, start the business with oil and gas facilities maintenance, offshore turbomachinery, to be exact. We start building trust from client, technically as well as the way we conduct our business.
Based on client trust, our portfolio is expanding to minor offshore construction, engineering aspect, start up and commissioning of production facilities and also advancement of maintenance aspect. We grow and expand our portfolio in Predictive maintenance for rotating equipment, reliability analysis and working on CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) implementation.
We are looking for qualified candidates for the position below:
1. GENERAL
Requirement :
a) Strong mentally and physically fit, passed medical examination held by the COMPANY.
b) Willing to work in remote area with minimum schedule of 2 weeks ON and 2 Weeks OFF.
c) Supervisory level and above shall have good communication skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia, be capable in report writing and typing clear reports in English and making illustrative sketches and drawing to illustrate this reports correctly.
d) Supervisor level and above shall acts as the CANDIDATE’s Representative on the Work Site.
e) Hold any Gas Turbine Operation and Maintenance courses.
f) Age maximum 40 years.
g) Capable to operate computer with minimum skill in MS Office.

2. Gas Turbine Operation Supervisor / Team Leader
a) Supervisory Level position, lead Operation team in day to day Gas Turbine Compressor and Generator operational aspect, writing skill and responsible for Safe operational condition.
b) Has level of job skill knowledge qualified / expert in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most model Solar Gas Turbine (Saturn, Centaur, Taurus, Mars Turbine engine), most of Centrifugal Gas Compressor series (C16, C28,C30, C33, C50) and Generator set (1 MW, 2.5 MW) At least 10 years directly involve in hands on field maintenance
c) Has minimum experience 4 years experience in oil and gas offshore and/or onshore work environment and SLA education background background, or Engineering with 2 years experience.
d) Capable of observes, evaluate and calculate the performance of Gas compressor sets and be able to justify the condition of the unit as well as writing a recommendation for maintenance. This also include the performance of related oil / gas flow station production facilities as of pipe line, vessels.e) Capable and has minimum 2 years experience in supervisory of a group of Turbine technicians.
f) Has other skill requirement preferable as to be able to analyze machinery vibration signatures and conclude the symptom of the signature pattern into preventive action recommendation.

3. Gas Turbine Compressor Plant Operator
a) Has job skill knowledge minimum of capable in start, stop, adjusting to fulfill plant normal operation on most model Solar Gas Turbine Compressor Package (Saturn, Centaur, Taurus, Mars Turbine engine), most of Centrifugal Gas Compressor series (C16, C28) and Generator set (2.5 MW At least 3 years directly involve in hands on field.
b) Has experience at least 3 years experience in oil gas offshore work Turbine Gas Compressor Package and education background at least Senior High.
c) Capable of observes normal routine operational mode, evaluate turbine engine / compressor package malfunction and perform simple problem solving.
d) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
4. Gas Turbine Maintenance Mechanical
a) Has job skill knowledge minimum of capable in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most model Solar Gas Turbine (Saturn, Centaur, Taurus, Mars Turbine engine), most of Centrifugal Gas Compressor series (C16, C28) and Generator set (2.5 MW At least 5 years directly involve in hands on field.
b) Has experience at least 5 years experience in oil gas offshore work Turbine maintenance and education background at least Senior High.
c) Capable of observes, evaluate turbine engine / compressor package malfunction and perform corrective action to solve the problem.
d) Capable to perform a stand alone minor maintenance includes but not limited to rebuilt, calibrate Fuel gas control valve, bearing capsules, accessory drive and other turbine package accessories, vibration instruments, relay logic control system and Turbotronics control system
e) Has other skill requirement preferable to be able to gather vibration data using data collector and down load it into Master Trend Vibration Database software Computer as well as retrieve data, print etc.
f) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
5. Gas Turbine Electricians Maintenance
a) Has job skill knowledge minimum of capable in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most model of offshore oil gas production electrical equipments as of power generation, electronic control system etc. At least 5 years directly involve in hands on field maintenance.
b) Has experience at least 5 years experience in oil gas offshore and/or onshore work Electrical maintenance and education background at least Senior High.
c) Capable of observes, evaluate Electrical equipment malfunction and perform corrective action to solve the problem.
d) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
6. Gas Turbine Instrument Technician maintenance
a) Has job skill knowledge minimum of capable in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most Oil/Gas Production facilities Instrumentation. At least 5 years directly involve in hands on field maintenance.
b) Has experience at least 5 years experience in oil gas offshore work Process Instrumentation maintenance and education background at least Senior High.
c) Capable of observes, evaluate Process Instrumentation malfunction and perform corrective action to solve the problem.
d) Familiar and experience in major process equipment in oil and gas compressor station instrumentation as of dehydration, dew point control, anti surge control, custody meter, field end devices transmitters, control valves, SDV.
e) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
7. Rotating equipment Predictive Maintenance Vibration specialist
a) Has level of job skill knowledge qualified / experts in trouble shooting vibration problems in most model Solar Gas Turbine (Centaur, Taurus Turbine engine), most of Centrifugal Gas Compressor series (C16, C28) and Generator set (2.5 MW) and at least 10 years directly involve in hands on field maintenance.
b) Has sufficient knowledge in installed Vibration Equipment / Instruments Maintenance includes but not limited to calibrate, trouble shoot, repair.
c) Has experience minimum Engineer education background plus 3 years experience in oil gas offshore work or equivalent Senior High with 7 years experience dealing with machinery vibration work.
d) Mastering in using vibration instruments as of CSI 21430/40 or equivalent, Various model of Data collector, Balance Master instruments, Shaker tester, Oscilloscope and capable to observes, evaluate a vibration signature data FFT, Waterfall, Bode plot, conclude the possible problem causes and submit an alternative solution.
e) Operate, maintain and manage the stored vibration data in the Master Trend vibration work station Personnel Computer
f) Preferable certified Vibration Analysys Level-2. Level-1 is considerable.
g) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
8. Lead Sr. Mechanic and Mechanic Technician
a) Capable in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most model of oil Production mechanical equipment as of Reciprocating
b) Compressors Reciprocating Engines, pumps, valves, cranes, hoisting.Has experience at least 5 years’ experience in oil gas offshore work mechanical maintenance and education background at least Senior High.
c) Capable of observes, various mechanical equipment malfunction and perform corrective action to solve the problem.
d) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
e) Working Location : Kakap Natuna
9. Lead and Electricians and Instrumentation Technicians
a) Capable in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most model of offshore oil gas production electrical equipment as of power generation, electronic control system etc. At least 5 years directly involve in hands on field maintenance.
b) Has experience at least 5 years’ experience in oil gas offshore work Electrical maintenance and education background at least Senior High.
c) Capable of observes, evaluate Electrical equipment malfunction and perform corrective action to solve the problem.
d) Has job skill knowledge minimum of capable in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most Oil/Gas Production facilities Instrumentation. At least 5 years directly involve in hands on field maintenance.
e) Has experience at least 5 years’ experience in oil gas offshore work Process Instrumentation maintenance and education background at least Senior High.
f) Capable of observes, evaluate Process Instrumentation malfunction and perform corrective action to solve the problem.
g) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
h) Working Location : Kakap Natuna
10. Predictive Maintenance Engineer
a) Has level of job skill knowledge qualified / experts in trouble shooting vibration problems in most model Gas Turbine (Centaur, Taurus Turbine engine), most of Centrifugal Gas Compressor series (C16, C33) and Generator set (2.5 MW) and at least 10 years directly involve in hands on field maintenance.
b) Has sufficient knowledge in installing Vibration Equipment / Instruments Maintenance includes but not limited to calibrate, trouble shoot, repair.
c) Minimum Engineer education background plus 3 years experience or equivalent Senior High with 7 years’ experience dealing with machinery vibration work.
d) Mastering in using vibration instruments such as CSI.
e) Operate, maintain and manage the stored vibration data in the Master Trend vibration work station Personnel Computer
f) Hold certification of level 1 and 2
g) Working Status : Contract /Temporary
h) Working Location : Kakap Natuna
