EXCAVATOR and ALL-ROUNDER PRODUCTION/ PRODUCTIVITY TRAINERS

You will be required to have:

  • 5 Years in Hard Rock operations.
  • At least 5 years in the mining industry. 
  • Caterpillar 6040/6020 excavator or equivalent 350/400 tonne class experience.
  • In-cab operational training experience.
  • Double benching and productivity training experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to empower local communities and hold “cultural awareness” in high regard.
  • Working experience with diverse cultures is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.


This is a hands-on operational role, leading by example, based on 8- & 4-weeks FIFO.  A competitive remuneration package will be offered to prospective candidates for this position.
