Encouraged by the rapid development of Balikpapan and East Kalimantan, with all its mining, oil, gas, petrochemical industries and the full (technical) support by out principals (all recognized American, Europian, and Australian manufacturers), PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa decided in 2006 to invest in brand new modern workshop and office.

The new workshop and office, has given PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa the opportunity to increase the capacity for all its divisions supporting the oil, gas, mining, and petrochemical industries. And as of today we have eight main divisions and a wide range of products.

The divisions exist of the Cooling System Division (Fabrication, Re-engineering, Repair and refurbishment for radiators, lube oil coolers, gas coolers and heat exchangers), the Engine Division (Re-engineering, Repair, Overhaul and refurbishment of any type of engine), the Filtration Division (Advanced Filtration and Separation Applications), the Pump and Valve Division (Repair, Overhaul and refurbishment of any type of pump/valve), the Crane Division (Re-engineering, Maintenance, Inspection, Repair and Replacement for any type of crane), the Machinery Division (Fabrication, Re-engineering, Repair and refurbishment) and the two internal supporting divisions, Fabrication & Service).

 1. SALES ENGINEER

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As our customer base and marketing efforts expand, we require an enthusiastic and talented Sales Engineer to support our sales efforts and contribute towards sales and development strategies. PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa has accrued an industry leading reputation for the excellence of our products, solutions, and our ability to understand and meet the specific needs of our customers. This role will be key in supporting that reputation by expanding market awareness of our products and expertise, managing projects and relationships with customers, and bringing critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes.

ROLE DUTIES

• Meeting with customers to assist in technical aspects of business development;
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
• Researching options and requesting quotes for outsourced components of projects or custom products;
• Maintaining records  of  customer  communication  and  sales  activity  and  established  internal communication systems;
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
• Developing  long-term   relationships   with   clients   through   managing   and   interpreting   their requirements;

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering or equivalent;
• Experience (1+ years) and a proven success in a Technical Sales Role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office inc PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc;
• Be familiar with tender regulations for the industries: Oil & Gas and

2. PUMP SERVICE ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma(D3)  / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any Engineering Diciplines (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• Great Understanding of Centrifugal Pump and/or Reciprocating Pump. (Especially Centrifugal Pump)
• Great understanding in Pump Specification, Pump Drawing & P&ID.
• General knowledge of associated pumping equipment, such as piping, valves, and electrical.
• General knowledge of Pump Specification and Standard such as API Standard (Especially API 610), and other relevant standrads.
• Candidate is willing to travel to all around Indonesia.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skill, Good analysis, and Good reporting skill.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
