Position Overview
- One of SKK Migas main contact person from CPGL related with SKK Migas budgeting (“WP&B”), Financial Reporting (“FMR” for monthly report and “FQR” for quarterly report) and other financial issues
- PIC from Finance for partners’ Budget and forecast
- Cost Recovery Forecast for Long Range Planning (LRP) and Major Forecast Corridor PSC
- SKK Migas Online FMR
- PIC and main contact for SKK Migas Asset Retirement Obligation and ASR encashment
- Monthly Production and Lifting Report to Dirjen Migas
- Yearly Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI) Report
- Ad hoc request from SKK Migas and other government institutions such as House of Representatives
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- SKK Migas Budgeting (“WP&B”) Original and Revision (Occurrence: Twice a Year)
- Collaboration with each respective budget owners to gather and consolidate budget data from all internal functions and support users in preparing data for technical meeting and SKK Migas Budgeting (WP&B)
- Lead meeting discussion with SKK Migas on Budgeting for G&A including G&A manpower and responsible for full SKK Migas Budget (WP&B)
- SKK Migas Online Financial Reporting (Monthly and Quarterly)
- Update and upload Chart of Account (CoA) mapping, oil & gas percentage allocation, manual calculation (Interest Cost Recovery, Investment Credit, Depreciation, PCO), lifting information, and revenue into SAP
- Run SAP program and reconcile FQR online result with FQR manual, then collaborate with IT team and SKK Migas both Finance and IT to resolve issue and discrepancy.
- Push FQR online data to SKK Migas server
- FMR, FQR, Cost Recovery Forecasting, Partner Budget, Lifting Reporting, and EITI Reporting (Occurrence: Monthly and Quarterly)
- Support month-end-closing and use the data to prepare Monthly Financial Report to SKK Migas
- Support in preparing budget vs actual variance analysis in SKK Migas financial quarterly report and present it to SKK Migas.
- Forecasting cost recovery for LRP and Major Forecast based on Business Analyst Input
- Prepare partner budget based as requirement for SKK Migas Budget submission and present financial update to partner in quarterly partner meeting.
- Prepare production and lifting report and distribute it to SKK Migas and Dirjen Migas
- Prepare EITI report based on accurate financial information
HSE Responsibilities
- Promote safety culture in Government Reporting team and act as safety model to other team member (permanent and third-party contractors).
- Minimum bachelor Degree in finance and Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in finance/accounting/audit role with exposure to oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of PSC accounting and US GAAP accounting standard
