1. Sales Executive Trainee

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have driving license A & C
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good computer skill (for making report)
  • Target Oriented , persistence and high self motivation
  • Strong analytical skills, effective negotiation, interpersonal & have a good communication skill
  • Willing to be placed in Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Kalimantan

2. Design and Estimate Engineer M/E

  • D3 / S1 from Mechanical or Electrical
  • Understand piping design and system alarm
  • Have experience of designing fire safety and security system : electrical and mechanical
  • Understanding the cable and conduit material selection
  • Having knowledge in project management
  • Understanding NFPA, ISO, PUIL Standard
  • Experience as a field supervisor, design and estimator
  • Able to operate MS Office and Auto Cad

3. PMO (Performance Management Officer)

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Understanding Excel program (Pivot, HLOOKUP, Vlookup, analysis of data, etc)
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Multitasking & Proactive
  • Understanding the stages of Plan, Do, Check, Action
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze the performance indicators of the company
  • Controlling the operations team
  • Control and facilitate operational work program
  • Do problem solving in the operations and business
  • Having experience in handle KPI

4. Teknisi After Sales Service

  • D3 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience in After Sales Service (ASS)
  • Minimum GPA 2.80
  • Conducting a survey after sales service
  • Checking function
  • Doing normalization system
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Provide progress and financial reports
  •  Experience in After Sales Service
  •  Having experience in fire alarm system / fire system
  •  Knowing After Sales Service Process
  •  Knowing in handling customer’s claim
  •  Able to read construction design / layout

5. Teknisi Mechanical Electrical 

  •  SMK/SMU
  •  Activity helps field technicians
  •  Pay attention for safety standards
  •  Ready to do the work in project area
  •  Understand using tools
  •  Willing to be placed in Suralaya   
6. Proposal Team Head

  • Minimal S1 – Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years as an estimator for the project reference; Heavy Industrial; EPC; Power Plant; Commercial Building
  • Responsible for the management settings survey requirements, coordination with customer and team up costing project proposal submitted to the customer
  • Coordinate with Head and After Sales Service Team for cost efficiency and margin projects
  • Responsible for the results of the survey report and BOM issued
  • Understood in reading mechanical or electrical drawings
  • Having analysis ability and a high level of accuracy
  • Have knowledge of Project Management Book of Knowledge
  • Willing to be placed in the project

7. Product Marketing

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

8. Site Manager

  • Min S1 – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Make Design system based on field condition
  • Doing design work drawing For Construction
  • Material approval process
  • Document Approval process (Technical)
  • Give instructions and guidance to manufacture Drafter Construction
  • Checked against freehand drawings by Drafter
  • Technical Clarification perform with the External
  • Able to Read and Analyze Image Work
  • Having a Project Management Knowledge
  • Create materials Reports and Presentations Template fine day
  • Ability Monitoring & Controlling excellent

9. Project Manager

  • Min S1 – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Overall responsible for effective project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost
  • Understanding of good construction practices, local building codes, project organization and meeting required routine targets
  • To co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters
  • To ensure engineers, supervisors & foreman meet client & regulatory requirements
  • To ensure environmental, safety and health pratices are carried out all times
  • Willing to be placed in Project Area

10. Mechanical / Electrical Engineer Water Treatment

  • S1 – Mechanical / Electrical
  • Design dan supervise instalasi sistem elektrikal dan mekanikal Water Treatment Plants : Ultrafiltrasi, Reverse Osmosis, dan Ion Exchange
  • Instalasi Demineralisasi
  • Memprogram logic controller (PLC) dan menginstalasi instrumen elektrikal dan kontrol
  • Melakukan commisioning instalasi demineralisasi di industri

11. Organizational Development

  • S1 Psychology
  • Responsible for handle organization structure
  • Responsible for organization analysis and design including business process mapping

  • Familiar with Pph 23 dan Pph Final
  • Rekonsel pajak manual, accurate, SSP, and tax report to KPP

14. EHS Project


  • Bachelor’s Degree of Public Health
  • Having Ak3 Umum sertificate
  • Able to work in project
  • Familiar with Contractor Safety Management System
